AIR has developed an open plan music business incubator in West Melbourne. Situated above Rubber City in Spencer St, Open AIR is designed to support emerging music labels and other music based businesses and related industries (managers; publicists; graphic designers; etc) to access professional office space that is both affordable and functional.
